BREAKING: NECO Releases 2024 Unity Schools’ Entrance Exam Results – Full Breakdown

The National Examination Council (NECO) has released the 2024 common entrance examination results for Unity schools. No fewer than 13 candidates scored 01 in the exams.
The Minister of State for Education, Dr. Yusuf Sununu, announced the results during a press briefing on Tuesday.
A total of 71,291 candidates participated in the 2024 National Common Entrance Examination (NCEE), conducted in 599 centres on Saturday, June 1, 2024.
NECO data shows that Lagos State had the highest number of candidates with 17,751. The FCT followed with 10,209 candidates, and Anambra State came third with 4,972 candidates.
Dr. Sununu reported that 4,360 candidates were absent, while 66,931 were present for the exam. He also noted that one candidate achieved the highest score of 203 out of the obtainable 210.
The admission process will continue to be based on 60% merit.
