BREAKING: Jubilation As NCC Orders Immediate Reactivation of All Blocked Lines

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has directed telecommunications operators to immediately restore all phone lines blocked due to non-linkage of National Identification Numbers to SIM cards.
